2007
- Henry Forster Award
Diane Ramirez, President, was awarded the Henry Forster Award for Lifetime Achievement, the top accolade in the industry for outstanding achievement in the residential real estate market, but also for outstanding ethical conduct in the profession and contributions to cultural, charitable, and community organizations within and outside the industry. Award was presented at the REBNY Deal of the Year Gala in October 2007.
- REBNY Deal of the Year Award
Dean Feldman, Executive Vice President, and Edith K. Meyer awarded 1st Place Deal of the Year Award for Top Residential Sales Deal by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Award was presented at the REBNY Deal of the Year Gala in October 2007. This marks the third straight year that Halstead Property has won the 1st place honor and also marks the second time for Feldman who won the award in 1997 as well.

Linda VanderWoude awarded 2nd Place Deal of the Year Award for Top Residential Sales Deal. Award was presented at the REBNY Deal of the Year Gala in October 2007. This marks the first time in REBNY history that a company has won both first and second place for the Deal of the Year.
