With over 15 years of management and real estate experience, Bess Dulany serves as the Director of Sales of Brooklyn for Halstead Property. She is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of two Halstead Property offices located in Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill.
Prior to joining Halstead Property, Bess was the Owner and Manager of Harbor View Realty, a family owned company that was founded by her late father, Harris Dulany. As Manager, she oversaw the daily operations and managed 14 agents. Before joining the family business, Bess was the Director of Sales for @radical.media, a global advertising production and media company where she headed up a division of 20 commercial directors. She was responsible for soliciting new business as well as overseeing individual projects. In addition, Bess worked for ten years in the music business in artist management for U2, Pat Metheny and Suzanne Vega.
Raised in Brooklyn, Bess currently resides in Cobble Hill with her young daughter.
